What makes Gartner Peer Insights so special? It’s an online ratings and reviews platform for IT software and services that are written and read by technology decision makers and end-users. It’s public, unvarnished, and unfiltered. And it’s one of the most trusted sites for technology reviews.
We think the Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice designation is so important because it’s easy to claim customer-centricity. However, no press release, keynote, or product launch can match the value of customers validating that you are truly customer-obsessed. From the very beginning, Scout was founded on the basis of direct customer feedback. My founding team and I met with hundreds of procurement innovators and leaders across a wide variety of industries, from pharmaceutical to financial services to transportation. We wanted to personally understand the challenges our customers face on a daily basis and the steps they need to take to elevate their enterprise. It’s this very feedback that influenced Scout’s first product, and this mindset heavily influences our platform and roadmap today.
