Scout RFP Wins 2016-17 Cloud Awards Program

SAN FRANCISCO – February 2, 2017 – Scout RFP is excited to announce that it has been named as a winner in the 2016-2017 Cloud Awards Program.

Now entering its seventh year, the cloud computing awards program celebrates excellence and innovation in the rapid-growth cloud computing market. The awards program accepts entries from across the globe, from organizations of any size.

In 2016-17, categories and winners include Best Cloud Infrastructure: ServiceNow, B2B Customer Strategy: Scout RFP, Best Saas (non US): Xero, Best Hybrid Cloud Solution: Splunk, and more.

“We’re thrilled to be named a 2017 Cloud Awards winner for B2B Customer Strategy,” said Scout RFP CEO Alex Yakubovich. “It’s truly an honor to be recognized for our innovation in the industry alongside such other prestigious cloud technology companies. It is especially gratifying to Scout because it recognizes what we have been focused on: strategic sourcing and delivering better business outcomes for our customers and their suppliers.”

“We live in a rapidly-changing world, and the sands are shifting every day in the cloud space,” said Cloud Awards organizer Larry Johnson. “Cloud service providers need to be constantly innovating to stay relevant, which is why the awards program is so relevant year-on-year. Every organization on that shortlist is a worthy winner, and to select just one in each category has been a gargantuan task.”

Over 300 organizations entered, with entries coming from across the globe, covering the Americas, Australia, Europe and the Middle East. You can view the full shortlist and winners here:

The Cloud Awards is also set to publish a research report on the state of the cloud computing industry, based on survey responses of the 2016-17 entrants.
